Ok tak sampai 24hours i tarik nafas lega bout termination case tetiba ada lagi satu case done by one of my staff..and today again another same mistake she made.And yes kalau nak ikutkan memang marah which tak siapa yang amik kisah dengan apa yang terjadi and semua ignore apa yang diajar.
Entah i nak cakap si A rasa tak elok bila nak cakap si B tak elok jugak..so for me sama sama salah..oh yes memang ai marah and ada bengang when my name been tagged along and paling best thts not my fault at all.If anything happened and me been given warning or whatsoever siaplah aku report and i dont care apa cara sekalipun i will buktikan that am not involved at all.If i need the cuatomer to walk in i will tau..
Apa yang ai nampak here in Shah Alam each and everyone take an easy way out.Bila ditanya there is not a single questions been asked..and bila no questions i assumed they know apa yang perlu dibuat.I dont mind answering to questions but mmg ada limit lah..sebab bila berulang kali tanya siapa yang tak marah kan? So the other day i opened for Q&A session not a single question yang keluar..haish!!! apa kes? now one by one case yang keluar..end up me had to do lots of things now..penat and i tak taulah everyday what time i will be back dengan i need to check one by one form semua..
Entahlah..apapun when it comes to work..hati kena ikhlas and be focus.If you asked me now..since day one me working with TM samaada am facing problem or not when it comes to work i gave my focus and attention to it.Alhamdulillah smpai skrang i can say it proud that from Sitiawan,to Terengganu and now in Shah Alam i have made their rates better than before..but if someone put my credibility on jeopardize i cant just sit and watch..i need to do something...haish!!
